These terms apply to your use of the Beem Cleaners website and to commercial cleaning services provided by Beem Cleaners (ABN 25 207 397 915) ("Beem", "we", "us"). By requesting a quote, booking an inspection or engaging our services you agree to these terms. Where you have signed a separate service agreement or scope of works with us, that document prevails to the extent of any inconsistency.
1. Quotes and site inspections
- Site inspections are free and carry no obligation. A quote is prepared from the inspection and the scope of work we agree with you in writing.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, and are based on the premises, frequency and scope as inspected. If the site, occupancy or scope changes materially, the price may be revised by agreement.
- Indicative prices shown on this website (for example "from $100 per visit") are a guide only and do not form an offer.
2. Services and scope
- We provide commercial cleaning only. Services are delivered in accordance with the written scope, schedule and site instructions agreed with you.
- Additional or one-off work (deep cleans, end-of-lease cleans, carpet steam cleaning, periodic tasks) is quoted and invoiced separately unless included in your scope.
- We supply all cleaning equipment, products and consumables unless agreed otherwise. Consumable restocking (paper, soap, bin liners) is charged only where included in your scope.
3. No lock-in contract, changes and cancellation
- Ongoing services are provided on a rolling basis with no fixed minimum term. Either party may end an ongoing arrangement with 14 days' written notice.
- Scheduled visits may be rescheduled or cancelled without charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Visits cancelled with less notice, or where our team is unable to access the site on arrival, may be charged at the agreed visit rate.
- Public-holiday visits are performed only by prior agreement and may attract a surcharge.
4. 24-hour satisfaction guarantee
If any item in the agreed scope has not been completed to standard, tell us within 24 hours of the visit and we will return to rectify it at no charge. The guarantee covers the agreed scope of work; it does not cover items outside the scope, pre-existing damage or wear, or conditions caused by third parties after our visit.
5. Access, keys and security
- You are responsible for providing safe access to the premises at the agreed times, including keys, access cards, alarm codes and building inductions where required.
- Keys and access devices issued to us are held securely, logged, and returned on termination. We will notify you promptly of any loss.
- You must tell us about any hazards, restricted areas, or special handling requirements on site before work begins.
6. Our people, insurance and compliance
All Beem cleaners hold current National Police Checks, and Working With Children Checks where the site requires them. We hold public liability insurance, comply with Victorian WHS legislation, and can provide certificates of currency and safe-work documentation on request.
7. Payment
- Invoices are issued at the frequency stated in your quote (typically monthly in arrears for ongoing services, or on completion for one-off work) and are payable within the period stated on the invoice.
- Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless stated. Overdue accounts may be suspended, and we may charge reasonable costs of recovery.
8. Liability
- Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
- To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to re-performing the service or refunding the amount paid for the visit concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
- We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing defects, unsuitable surfaces or fittings that were not disclosed, or for items left unsecured on site.
- Any claim for damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of the relevant visit so it can be investigated.
9. Use of this website
- Content on this website is provided for general information and may change without notice. We take reasonable care to keep it accurate but do not warrant that it is complete or error-free.
- All content, images, text and branding are owned by or licensed to Beem Cleaners and may not be reproduced without permission, other than for personal, non-commercial reference.
- Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
- You must not use this website or our forms to send spam, malicious code or unlawful content.
10. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. General
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of its courts. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is published on this page.
